Dear Support team,
Could you help us to confirm below tempature information which are right? If the values are all correct in our datasheet, why 25mhom have different Tc&Tstg values compare others?

The table you have shown is correct. The reason that the 25mohm is rated to 175C Tc and Tstg is due to the fact that it was released later than the rest of the portfolio and had additional pre-mold plasma clean and therefore was tested to a wider temperature range. There is work ongoing to match the rest of the portfolio to the 175C temperature that the 25mohm has but as of now the testing has not been done to prove this capability
