Hello,
I am working on a research project that requires the operational characterization of the C3M0015065K Mosfet. For example, I want to measure the Rds(on) of the device, etc. For this purpose, I want to know how you estimate the sample size of the device before you characterize the switching device. What are the number of samples you take to determine the parameters of the device?

    Hello Hassan,

    We use the AECQ101 standard for the sample size of both industrial and automotive parts.

    25 samples per lot and 3 lots total. Thank you and let me know if you have any questions!
