Hi Wolfspeed team,
In the document PRD-08333 "Wolfspeed Module CIL Evaluation Kits User Guide", I found that Wolfspeed uses in-house deskew compensation PCB that allows all probes to be connected equidistant from waveform generator.
Does Wolfspeed have any recommendations to deskew Rogowski coil current probe, or is there any third party tool you verified in the past? Thank you for your support.
