Hello,

Wolfspeed and NXP worked together to develop a firmware package and GUI that is aimed at providing the power electronics engineer an easy-to-use open loop inverter to perform power testing as part of the SiC MOSFET and gate driver evaluation process. This is available for download by clicking on the "Request Firmware and GUI" link on the 3-Phase SpeedVal Motherboard page.

For closed loop control including FOC, NXP offers a variety of solutions and tools that can be adapted to work with the SpeedVal platform. We recently conducted a joint webinar that provides an overview of these tools and the workflow. You can watch the webinar on demand here.
