Could you please share the hardware design (PCBA ECAD) files for the Wolfspeed evalkit KIT-CRD-CIL23N-GMA . The website only has a pdf version.
We are on schedule to receive our CAB7R5A23GM4 SiC power modules soon and feverishly working to get the setup operational.
