hi, I want to know the specific package structure inside the module(CAB650M17HM3 or CAS380M17HM3 or CAS480M12HM3), such as how many MOSFETs, diodes, etc., and how they are arranged, in addition to what layers the module is composed of (such as solder layer, copper layer, etc.), and the material properties of each layer. It is better to provide such a 3D model, which is convenient to draw its 3D model in solidworks, or whether there is a 3D model drawn by solidworks. Thank you very much
