C3M0040120J1 LTSpice model

Hello,

I feel a bit lost with finding LTSpice model for C3M0040120J1. I search the spice models on the Wolfspeed homepage, but found only altium models, instead of LTSpice models.

And also how to use it in my LTSpice simulation of Interleaved Buck Converter. Any help would be appreciated.

On this page, please navigate to the table shown below and download "All SPICE Models". The C3M0040120J1 spice model is located within the "Discretes" subfolder. Further instruction to use the model can also be found in the downloaded folder.
