Hello Wolfspeed

One question, which Driver do you recommend for the SiC MOSFET ‘C3M0065090D’ for a full bridge application (Inverter)?

Taking into consideration that the way to switch the MOSFET is by Hysteresis control and considering that the MOSFET activation is +15V and -3V.

Do you have a diagram for this application?

C3M0065090D is not recommended for new designs. Please consider using a device from our 1200V discrete device portfolio. You can use our SpeedFit Design Simulator for finding the right device according to your system specifications.
