Request for Detailed Data on C3M0032120K MOSFET (Switching Losses vs Ids Graph.)

Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a project where I’m evaluating the C3M0032120K MOSFET and am particularly interested in its switching characteristics, such as Eon and Eoff switching losses versus drain current (Ids). I’m looking for detailed Raw data files ( that includes Output Characteristics , Switching losses (Eon and Eoff) vs. Ids , Clamped Inductive Switching Energy vs. RG(ext) , Switching Times vs. RG(ext) ) , I’ve found These graphs in the datasheet, but I’m looking for more in-depth data in an editable format (like an Excel spreadsheet) to facilitate further analysis .If anyone has access to this data or can point me to where it can be found, I’d greatly appreciate it!

We have this data but are not able to provide it in the format you requested. Please download our LTSpice models from here and do a SPICE simulation to extract the data you need or you can use our SpeedVal Evalution Kit with MOD-PWR-MM-C3M0032120K and carry out Double Pulse Tests to get the details on dynamic behavior that you requested.
