We are working on building the proto board based on CRD60DD12N-GMB

I would request you to share the Controller firmware.

    Hello Sanath and Ruson,

    Regarding the CRD60DD12N-GMB firmware, due to the higher complexity of the firmware compared to our inverter reference designs, we are not publicly sharing the firmware at this time. The reference design can still be used as a hardware starting point and for identifying best practices for SiC power module layout.

    For the CRD-22AD12N and CRD-22DD12N-J2 designs, please use the "Request Firmware" button on each of these respective designs in order to obtain the firmware.

    I requested Firmware form  CRD-22AD12N and CRD-22DD12N-J2 designs, but no response.

    Please help to check it.

    Unfortunately, I am not in charge of handling firmware requests for those designs. The requests typically take a few days to process, so I anticipate that you will receive the requested files soon.
