I find that infineon's datasheet (IMW65R060M2H)shows the max dv/dt is 200V/ns.

Could you please help double check the maximum dV/dt rating of C3M ? Thanks a lot!

100V/ns is generally plenty for most applications. Are you just comparing specifications or do you really wish to switch that fast? Thanks!
