We are working on a rectifier for EV charging station which is of 12kW, we are looking for application notes or design documents for Vienna rectifier, DC DC converters and SiC MOSFETs for reference. As we need MOSFETs for this product, we also want to know your "sample product" policy.

The design files, user-guide etc are downloadable from the respective reference design product page.In regards to your sample query, you can request samples for the devices from our Sample Center. The lead-time depends on the quantity requested. If you require samples of any devices that are not in stock on the sample center, please reach out to our Sales Team from the Contact page.
