Is it at all possible to provide the spice model for the CAS300M12BM2.

    Hi Zach,

    Unfortunately, this part is obsolete and I cannot easily make a SPICE model for it. However, you may consider using the CAS350M12BM3 SPICE model instead. The device characteristics are very similar.

    I've also included two documents below. First, PRD-07913 includes some details on how to edit the model characteristics. You could look at adjusting some of the model characteristics to better match the datasheet characteristics (such as switching losses) as needed. Second, the PCIM article we published last year provides more info on which parameters you may want to adjust.
