May I ask if you have a gate driver board corresponding to the CHB011M12GM4 T-TYPE power module? If you do, could you provide the name?

    Hi Stephen,

    We recommend using two of the CGD1700HB2M-UNA-R1 gate drivers. Both channels are isolated with a dedicated DC/DC converter and a Texas Instruments 27710 gate driver IC. These are the same gate drivers that are used for internal Wolfspeed testing. We also have several partner gate drivers in the same footprint and pinout, so the gate drivers can be easily swapped to evaluate performance with different gate driver ICs.

    Hi Stephen,

    The design files for the CGD1700HB2M-UNA-R1 are the same as the generic CGD1700HB2M-UNA. The boards share the same schematic and layout, and the design files can be downloaded from the Tools & Support section of the landing page. The only difference is which components are populated on the board to create different output voltages/regulation. These differences are detailed in Section of 4.3 of the CGD1700HB2M-UNA family user guide found here.
