The location of G4 and S4 in CBB017M12FM4 is inverse to its old datasheet, and is also different from other SiC power module with the same footprint outline. i want to make sure of it. The first figure is the datasheet download recently. the second fig is the datasheet of F4-17MR12W1M1HP_B76. the third figure is the CBB017M12FM4 datasheet download before.

    Thank you for pointing this out.

    You are correct that the G4 and S4 locations shown in the recently downloaded CBB017M12FM4 datasheet are inconsistent with the previous revision of the CBB017M12FM4 datasheet.

    This is an error on our side. Please refer to the corrected pinout below. The datasheet will be updated accordingly in the next revision to reflect the correct G4 and S4 pin locations.
