I am looking for male and female part numbers for the pin connections on the CLB800M12HM3PT. I cannot find them in the datasheet. I have bought the module but need to create interconnect cables between the module and a PCB.

    Hi ReverseDiode71,

    Wolfspeed offers a gate driver reference design for the HM3 module (CGD1700HB3P-HM3), which utilizes the mating connectors described below.

    On the gate driver, the part number for the gate & source (4-pin) connector is ESQ-102-33-L-D from Samtec, and the part number for the NTC (2-pin) connector is ESQ-101-33-L-D.  There are 2 of the ESQ-102-33-L-D and 1 of the ESQ-101-33-L-D connectors per gate driver board.

    Samtec has a ton of flexibility with their connectors; here is the product configurator tool for the ESQ product family that mates well with the HM3 power module family.
