We are currently assembling the Dual Active Bridge (DAB) using the Reference Design (CRD60DD12N).

While reviewing the WolfPACK™ Mounting Instructions and PCB Requirements (PRD-02302 Rev. 5), we noticed that the document mentions that the CAD files for the press-in fixture and the 3D STEP files for the press-out fixture are available upon request.

Could you please share the following if they are available?

• Press-in fixture STEP/CAD files
• Press-out fixture STEP/CAD files
• Manufacturing drawings (if available)
• Any recommended fixture dimensions or assembly notes

These files will help us manufacture the fixtures accurately and ensure the modules are installed according to Wolfspeed's recommended process.
