I'm designing a 15 kW phase-shift full-bridge converter (600 V bus) and evaluating the C3M0030170P (1700 V, 30 mohms, TO-247-4) for the primary H-bridge. I'd like to request the LTspice model (.lib + .asy symbol) for this part.

Specifically I need it to:

• Verify switching transitions with my +15/−5 V gate drive and selected Rg
• Estimate switching/conduction losses across load
• Check Miller-clamp margin and Coss-related ringing

The LTspice model isn't listed in the tools/models section of the product page (PLECS and the datasheet are there). Could you confirm whether an LTspice or generic encrypted SPICE model exists for this device, and if so where to download it? A PSpice/Spectre version would also work if that's what's available.
