Request: LTspice-Compatible SPICE Model for C2M1000170D SiC MOSFET

I am currently working on a power electronics design that requires the C2M1000170D SiC MOSFET from Wolfspeed. However, I was unable to find an LTspice-compatible SPICE model for this part on the official Wolfspeed website.

This model is critical for my circuit simulation work in LTspice, so I would greatly appreciate it if anyone in the community could share a valid SPICE model file for the C3M0015065K, or point me to a reliable source where I can obtain it.

Additionally, I would like to inquire whether your company has a 3300V 20A silicon carbide MOSFET product (C2M1000330). I have found a product from another company that has the same name and data parameters as your C2M1000170D product. Therefore, I would like to seek assistance from your company to see if you have a similar 3300V silicon carbide device. If so, could you provide me with your data sheet and LTspice model? I would be very grateful
