Change Vth of SiC Bare die model in the negavtive Voltage range

Hello,

my device of interest is the CPM2-1200-0080B.lib. I want to shift the Threshold Voltage of this device by implementing a parameter "Vth_shift"

in the current modified .lib looks like this:

this .lib works until the shift is negative and the new threshold would be in the negative voltage range. Are there any ideas how ich can shift the ID-VG curve in the negative direction, so that the new Vth < 0 up to -5V for example?
