Low VF at low current data

Dear forum members.
Is there forward voltage VS current graphs at X temperature available for low current values say 1A to 100mA
for example on a C6D08065Q?
Also does the general silicon diode trick of using a larger die device, (much higher current rated than actual usage) applies in obtaining a lower forward voltage?
