Tim material type for CAB011M12FM3

Hi Wolfspeed Expert

For the wolfpack moudle it was measured with grease with 6 W/mk thermal conductivity and follows our TIM guide for Junction to heatsink thermal resistance. The heatsink was aluminum.

Would you kinldy provide the grease type of 6W/mk thermal conductivity as a refernce to customer?

The reason for this request it is due to customer use 2W/mk thermal conductivity ,i think it is too large to explore the performance of CAB011M12FM3.
