Thermal resistance data for CPM2 and CPW4 Power Mosfets and Diodes

Hello, I wanted to see if there were thermal resistance values for these four parts:

CPM2-1200-0040B

CPM2-1200-0080B

CPW4-1200-S005B

CPW4-1200-S002B

Thermal resistance between the junction and any other point depends on how the die is attached to that point. For example, Rth, jc for discrete packages is the thermal resistance from the junction to case depends on the die attachment to the case of the discrete package.

For all the die products you mentioned, since they are not packaged or attached to anything (are available as die), they do not have thermal impedance specification. The thermal impedance will depend on how you choose to use them in your application.
