Schematic symbol of SIMetrix simulation tool

Wolfspeed can suppor the LTspice model and LTspice is also feasible for other few simulation toools. Customer RD is using SIMetrix for electrical performance evaluation, but they lack of schematic symbol of C3M0075120J, could you kindly help generate a schematic symbol for C3M0075120J？

ps: customer try to create the schematic symbol by themsevels, but fact the converage problem when using the LTspice library .lib and .olb file? if you have an other ideas for this, please also kindly give me some tips to help them to solve this，thanks
