Hi,

I downloaded the LTspice model from your website and I can run it in LTspice. However, when I try to run it in ANSYS Circuit editor, it does not work. It looks "ddt" function is not recognized by Ansys. I am wondering if you have an alternative model? I am not sure if this is ANSYS specific problem, or the model is just compatible with LTspice.

Thank you,

Ahmet

    Hello AhmetK,

Please refer to this forum post for the answer.

Both our die and modules LTspice models are encrypted. We are working on VHDL versions of the model that will be compatible with Ansys, but it will also be a few months until they are ready.

    Thank you!

All SPICE models can now be found on our website at https://www.wolfspeed.com/tools-and-support/power/ltspice-and-plecs-models/

    Hi Ahmet,

In the meantime, you may be interested in trying out our new model for the CPM3-1200-0016A in LTSpice. It is preliminary, but should provide faster runtime and better accuracy than the old model.

    Thanks,

    Brian
