Hi TBhatia,
Thanks for your sharing. One more question, when we buy the product, will your company provide the USBCAN-I or we need to buy it solely?

Hello Jimmy,
USBCAN-I is provided with the board purchase. Thank you!

Hi TBhatia,
I wonder how can I get this 'Cree monitor' page? I have already installed GCANTools and tested it solely.

When I try to click "connect", what I get looks like this:
Thanks

Make sure the GCANTools is closed when you use Cree monitor. the USBCAN-I can connect to only one of the Apps

Hi Hzz,
I followed your instruction and it now connected successfully. But another problem is that where to open the cree monitor? (Where is the ECanTest.exe for the board CRD22AD12N and CRD22DD12N). Now I only open the ECanTest.exe from the GCAN, thus the interface looks like this:

Should I request separately from your website like what is said in the picture?

Do you have the CRD22AD12N or CRD22DD12N demo board?
-
Jimmy Contributor Level 2
Yes, I have.

I also have the firmware file, but I don't find the GUI.

If possible, could you send the GUI file to my email?
My email: wshen2@visteon.com
