Silicon positions within CAB011M12FM3 module

To check/verify the thermal modelling of a new inverter design, I plan to measure the Mosfet module's case/base temperature directly under the sections of silicon within the device (hottest parts of base).

Please can you provide a sketch / photo showing where the silicon is located on the base plate? This would be a great help to allow me to position the thermocouples in the right locations.
