IN the datasheet for CAS530 module the pulse drain current is specified with Tpmax limited by Tvjmax. What pulse length is this that the current has been specified?

    Matt,

    Figure 17 in the DS can be used to estimate the heating and determine the pulse length. That said the LTSpice models we have available are very good and can help to estimate temperature rise for a given pulse current.
