Model can not work on PLECS

I simulated the C3M025065J1 switching behavior by PLECS, but has no output, could you help to check the model is ok? thank you! attached is my circuit.

Hi WEN,

I suggest the following changes to your simulation:

1. Pulse generator should give out 1/0 output, not +15/-3. The gate of the FET model needs 1/0 input.
2. Please add anti-parallel diodes to the FET and add the body diode model of C3M025065J1 to it as shown here.
   

While these two changes should help you run the simulation, I'd like to warn that PLECS simulations waveforms are ideal. Ringing and overshoots are not considered. Therefore, if you'd like to see effect of parasitics and dv/dt values based on the gate voltages, I recommend using a Spice simulation for DPT circuit.
