hi

Could you provide the RθJA information for the C3M0025065L and C3M0045065L (TOLL package) as compared to the C3M0025065K and C3M0045065K (TO-247-4 package) for thermal estimation purposes?

    Hi Ethan

    Rthj-a is very dependent on the PCB design (material, Cu thickness, Cu pad size, etc…), especially for surface mount packages. Depending on the PCB design Rthj-a for the TOLL package can range anywhere from 20C/W (6cm^2 Cu pad) to 40C/W (Standard footprint) or even higher for some designs that may be less optimal
