I'm working on a power supply for an industrial coating system and am looking for 1700V SiC devices in the SOT-227 package specifically.

A few questions:

1. Does Wolfspeed offer 1700V SiC MOSFETs in a SOT-227 package? If so, which part numbers?
2. Are there matching 1700V SiC Schottky diodes available in SOT-227 as well?
3. What current ratings and R_DS(on) options are available in this voltage class/package?
4. Any guidance on lifecycle status and lead times for these parts?

If SOT-227 isn't offered at 1700V, I'd appreciate pointers to the closest equivalents (e.g. module or other discrete packages).
